Only chats and builds are archived. Customer accounts, credits, billing and invoices are never removed here. Active subscribers are excluded from automatic archive.

Managed subdomains under the primary domain. An active address points only to a verified live deployment of the customer project.

The primary admin (yours, from ADMIN_PIN) can never be deleted. Additional admins - like a DevOps engineer's own PIN - can be added and removed freely.

Changes apply immediately, no restart needed. Sensitive values are never shown in plaintext.

Controlled source research. Provider keys stay encrypted and customers never receive provider billing details.

Alerts are grouped automatically. They never include chat content, API keys, tokens, passwords or other sensitive values.

Every file the agent writes is backed up first. Restoring is itself reversible — a "redo" backup is created automatically.

A full snapshot of the platform's own source code AND database together, for a whole-system issue rather than one file. Restoring the database takes effect immediately; restoring code requires restarting the server.
